About Us

We are a small, family-run business. Our aim is to provide some of the more “uncommon” and “exotic” cosmetic raw ingredients. We want to make these products available to small businesses , as well as home-crafters, specializing in soap and skincare formulations.

Many of these ingredients are unavailable in small-enough quantities in the UK and Europe. They are readily available in the US, but shipping and customs charges can make them unaffordable. We aim to make these ingredients available in a variety of quantities, depending on your needs. All are UK-sourced in bulk and passed to you at prices which represent excellent value for money.

The products we offer include luxurious natural oils such as Olive Squalane, Orchid Complex and Plum Kernel Oil, African and Seed Oils, Organic Oils, Plant Extracts, BTMS (conditioning emulsifier), solid surfactants such as Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) and a Parabens and Formaldehyde-free Preservative. All (apart from the Preservative) are naturally derived and will make your formulations luxurious and kind to the skin. In fact, the surfactants and BTMS emulsifier are gentle enough to be used in babycare and leave-on products.

Prior to stocking an item we always test each ingredient thoroughly in various skincare products, on willing friends and family members. Many outstanding results have been reported on all skin types and so the Ready-made Skincare side of the business continues to develop as we discover more ingredients with beneficial qualities.

We also offer 'Make Your Own' lotion and shampoo-making kits, containing various basic ingredients plus a booklet outlining lotion-making instructions and sample recipes.
