LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Of A Simple Nature will not be held responsible for any results obtained from the purchase or subsequent use of our products. Neither shall we be held responsible for any damages incurred whilst using our products. You are advised to conduct your own tests to determine the efficacy, safety and suitability of any raw ingredients purchased from us.

We take every precaution to ensure that the products you receive are handled in the appropriate manner and reach you uncontaminated. All products are deemed technical grade the moment we open and repackage the product for our customers.

DAMAGED GOODS OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept any returns. Please check your order carefully upon receipt. In the event of damaged goods or missing items, please contact us within 3 working days. We will endeavour to replace the product(s) or refund the purchase price. In the event of non-delivery of goods, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate further.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellation of your order must be made within 7 days. Refunds will be issued in full within 30 days.

We do NOT charge VAT and there is NO minimum order.
